For this example, we will create a graded quiz. Click on the Graded Quiz icon and enter a name for your quiz.

Step 2: Add Questions

Now you can start adding questions to your quiz. iSpring QuizMaker 6 offers 14 question types, including multiple choice, multiple response, drag and drop, hotspot, fill in the blank, sequence, matching, short answer, numeric, true/false, essay, Likert scale, yes/no, and pick one or more.

To add a question, click on the Question button on the toolbar and select a question type from the drop-down menu. You can also use the Insert Question button on the left panel or right-click on the slide area and choose Insert Question.

For each question type, you can customize the question text, answer choices, feedback messages, points, penalties, and other settings. You can also add images, audio, video, or equations to your questions to make them more engaging and interactive.

Step 3: Customize Design

iSpring QuizMaker 6 allows you to customize the design of your quiz to match your branding and style. You can choose from a variety of pre-designed themes or create your own by changing the layout, color scheme, background image, fonts, and other elements.

To change the theme of your quiz, click on the Theme button on the toolbar and select a theme from the gallery. You can also edit the theme settings by clicking on the Theme Settings button.

Step 4: Set Up Testing Rules

Another important feature of iSpring QuizMaker 6 is the ability to set up testing rules for your quiz. You can control how your quiz will be delivered to your learners by adjusting the following options:

  • Number of attempts: You can limit how many times a learner can take your quiz or allow unlimited attempts.

  • Time limit: You can set a time limit for your quiz or let learners take as much time as they need.

  • Navigation: You can enable or disable navigation buttons such as Next, Back, Submit, Skip, etc.

  • Shuffle: You can randomize the order of questions and answers to prevent cheating and guessing.
