To start building your rocket, you need to choose a command module. This is the part that controls your rocket and houses your crew or payload. Tap on the command module that you want to use and drag it to the center of the screen. This will be the base of your rocket.

Step 2: Add more parts

After you have chosen a command module, you can add more parts to your rocket. To do that, tap on another part from the list and drag it to the attachment point of the previous part. You can rotate the part by using two fingers or by tapping on the rotate button. You can also resize the part by using the slider at the bottom of the screen.

You can add as many parts as you want, but keep in mind that each part adds mass and drag to your rocket, which will affect its performance and stability. You can see the total mass, thrust, and delta-v (change in velocity) of your rocket at the top of the screen. You can also see the center of mass (COM) and center of thrust (COT) indicators on your rocket. Try to keep them aligned for optimal balance.

Step 3: Save and launch your rocket

When you are happy with your rocket design, you can save it by tapping on the save button at the top right corner of the screen. You can name your rocket and choose a flag for it. You can also edit or delete your saved rockets from the main menu.

To launch your rocket, tap on the launch button at the top left corner of the screen. You will be taken to the launch pad, where you can see your rocket ready for liftoff. You can also see some information about your rocket and its destination on the left side of the screen.

How to Plan and Execute Your Space Missions

Launching your rocket is only the first step of your space adventure. To explore the solar system, you need to plan and execute your space missions. Here are some tips on how to do that:

Tip 1: Choose a destination

Before you launch your rocket, you need to choose a destination for it. You can do that by tapping on the map button at the bottom right corner of the launch pad screen. You will see a map of the solar system, where you can select any planet or moon that you want to visit. You can also see some information about each celestial body, such as its distance, gravity, atmosphere, etc.

To select a destination, tap on it and then tap on "Set as Target". You will see a green line connecting your rocket and your target. This is your desired trajectory. You can also see some information about your trajectory, such as its inclination, eccentricity, periapsis (closest point), apoapsis (farthest point), etc.

Tip 2: Adjust your trajectory

The green line that shows your desired trajectory is not necessarily the best or easiest way to reach your destination. Depending on your rocket's capabilities and fuel efficiency, you may need to adjust your trajectory to optimize your flight path. To do that, you need to use maneuvers.

A maneuver is a change in velocity or direction that you apply to your rocket at a specific point in time and space. To create a maneuver, tap on any point along your trajectory and then drag it in any direction. You will see a blue line showing your new trajectory after applying the maneuver. You will also see some information about the maneuver, such as its delta-v (change in velocity), prograde (prograde component), normal (normal component), and radial (radial component).

You can create multiple maneuvers
